Almond

Almond is a fruit whose fruits and seeds are used in human nutrition. It is good as a side dish because it has many vitamins and minerals. Vitamins: Vitamin A, Thiamin B1, Riboflavin B2, Niacin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Folate B9, Choline, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K. Minerals: Calcium, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus , potassium, selenium, sodium, zinc. Apart from sweet, there is also bitter almond, the seeds of which have a higher amount of cyanide and can be considered toxic if consumed in larger quantities.

Healing fact

Bitter almond contains hydrocyanic acid, a very strong poison, so any attempt to corroborate the oral route is forbidden. In external use, prepared in the form of hot wraps and baths, it relieves pain, especially migraine, kidney and liver pain, rheumatism and acid. The dough we get from this fruit serves as a good soap for people with sensitive skin and is a great natural deodorant, far better and healthier than artificial sprays

Spices in whatever form you need. Dried or fresh, ground or in pieces.

Walnut

Twenty-one types of nuts are spread all over the world. The fruits of all kinds of nuts are edible, but the nuts commonly bought in stores come from Persian nuts, the only species to have a large fruit and a thin shell. An agricultural species selected for its thin shell and durability in temperate climates is sometimes called the Carpathian Walnut. Walnuts have a lot of oil and are eaten raw or cooked. They are also a great source of omega-3 fatty acids and have been shown to lower cholesterol.

Pumpkin seeds

The pumpkin is thought to be native to America and has been naturalized worldwide. It is cultivated in gardens and fields, often as an intermediate crop in corn. The seeds are rich in fatty oils, proteins and minerals and are used for roasting, as a treat, or for getting oil through cold straining. Pumpkin oil is a reddish color, good quality, easily digestible. Seeds and oil are used in phytotherapy for benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Chocolate

Chocolate is a confectionery product made from cocoa, fat, sweeteners and other additives. Most often it is produced in the form of tables. In some countries, especially Mexico, chocolate is used in the form of drinks in water or some other liquid. Cocoa seed has an intensely bitter taste and must be fermented to develop aroma. The easiest way to make a treat is to use the button-shaped chocolate we have on offer.
