Dry neck

One of the most popular dried meat products as well as one of the best is the dry neck. Dry neck is produced by carefully selecting a piece that meets all the criteria to become a final product. In addition to salt, cold smoke and gentle breeze, with a dry door, the most important part in the taste and quality of the product is played by a piece of meat. Prosciutto

One of the simplest products by production method, but certainly a top quality product that deserves to be on our offer for a reason, is the roast. The roast is a clean piece of fodder, separated from the bone and carefully salted. The key factor in the production of roast is cold smoke, where a combination of beech, plum and pear sawdust produces a light red color and aroma that simply entices everyone to taste it. Prosciutto is definitely one of the best quality meat products.

Njeguska prosciutto

Prosciutto ham is a delicacy and a specially made ham. Njeguska prosciutto are dried ham, served uncooked, similar to Italian ham. The secret of the special taste of Njegus ham is in the mixture of sea and mountain air and beech wood burned during the drying process. The drying process involves salting with sea salt for about 3 weeks, pressing to remove excess liquid for about 3 weeks and lightly drying for about 3 months followed by a ripening process. The whole cycle lasts about a year, which is why this ham is one of the best in the world.

Kulen

The kulen is filled into the smaller intestine, which significantly accelerates its ripening process and therefore makes it faster to consume.
Kulen consists of quality pork, carefully selected by experienced craftsmen, as well as salt, hot peppers and lots of love. Of course, beech sawdust also plays a big role in the production process, on which it smokes until it achieves the desired color and aroma, which in combination with spices gives the kulen a special note that few can resist.
